If multiple accounts are discovered, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all associated wagers and bonuses, and confiscate all balances without prior notice.

Before processing your first withdrawal, we will require you to submit valid identification documents, which may include a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method (bank statement or screenshot showing account holder name and account number).
Your withdrawal request will remain pending until KYC verification is successfully completed. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time, including for the purposes of random audits or if we have reason to believe the information provided is inaccurate or fraudulent.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, provision of false or misleading information, suspected fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, exploitation of bonuses or promotions, or breach of responsible gaming policies. Upon closure, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the closure is due to breach of Terms.
tata4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. We also support e-wallet deposits through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Payment methods available to you may vary based on your location and Account status.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit unless you have set a personal deposit limit through our responsible gaming tools. All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension. You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, provided you have completed KYC verification and met any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests can be submitted through your Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
tata4d aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB). All withdrawal requests are guaranteed to be processed within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may be extended if additional verification is required or during periods of high transaction volume.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically feasible. If you have deposited via multiple methods, withdrawals will be processed proportionally to the deposit amounts from each method. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals that appear unusual or inconsistent with your playing patterns.
tata4d does not charge any fees for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own processing fees, which are beyond our control. Excessive withdrawal requests (more than five per week) may incur a processing fee at our discretion.

By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all associated wagering requirements and restrictions.
Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are expressed as a multiple (e.g., 20x means you must wager the bonus amount twenty times). Only eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements, and contribution percentages vary by game type (slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less).
We reserve the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close Accounts if we determine that a User is engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, colluding with other players, exploiting software bugs or errors, or using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.
You may forfeit an active bonus at any time by contacting customer support. Once forfeited, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your Account. You may not reverse a bonus forfeiture once it has been processed.

For football betting and other sports wagering, all bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the governing body of the sport.
